Viscosity analysis: Resource Thicken Up versus Thick & Easy

A comparison carried out in 2003 between Thicken Up (Nestle) and Thick & Easy (Hormel) clearly showed that Resource Thicken Up does not continue to thicken over time.  This superior thickening property can be seen in figure 1 below.

In figure 2 below, Resource Thicken Up is also shown to be maintain viscosity at lower temperatures.
