ACT (Adolescent Crohn’s Treatment) Support Programme

ACT has been designed specifically for teenagers with Crohn’s disease who are taking a liquid diet.

ACT aims to help teenagers understand their condition and educate them on the importance of adherence to the liquid diet – using teen-friendly language. ACT also offers advice and information for parents.

ACT is available online at www.actzone.co.uk and via a separate teen/parent magazine. To join the ACT Support Programme, parents need to complete an enrolment form which can be found in the Modulen® IBD Starter Packs or online at www.actzone.co.uk.
